What is the typical lead time for order fulfillment?
Most of our ultralight gear and apparel is handcrafted. Standard items typically ship within 1-3 business days, while custom-built items may take 2-4 weeks depending on current production demand.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns on new, unused items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made items and products showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
How do I care for my ultralight technical fabrics?
To maintain the integrity of our high-performance materials, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and air drying. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high-heat drying cycles.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Zpacks products are covered by a limited 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
